I don't mean to be rude, but...

It's my opinion that when someone begins a sentence with "I don't mean to be rude, but..." it's their way of making themselves feel better about saying something rude. What they should really say is, "I'm about to say something rude, but I don't want to feel guilty about being a total shrew." If you have to start a sentence with that then you should KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

I kinda have a feeling like someone said this to you. I am also kinda curious what they said, is that rude?

Beautiful. Just beautiful. It's like Talladega Nights. I said "With all due respect!"
